BMI is a measure (测量方法) that uses your height and weight to work out if you are fit． Some cities in China have included BMI in the PE test for the high school entrance examination, or zhongkao． For example, Beijing declared that BMI became a subject of the PE test for the zhongkao． Chengdu and Shanghai have also started similar actions． This change aims to encourage students to pay more attention to their health and exercise habits．
