Doing exercise is very important for a happy and healthy life． People all over the world choose different kinds of exercise to stay healthy． Baduanjin, a kind of traditional Chinese sport, is just one of them．
The traditional Chinese exercise has a history of over eight hundred years． It is from Shaolin Wushu． It has eight parts． Each part has one action (动作)． Baduanjin is slow and people play it with soft music． It is easy to learn and it works well． People only need to wear comfortable clothes, socks and shoes before doing it．
