Guilin was a good place to be during the Spring Festival. Fireworks filled the sky and the streets were busy with excited people. I visited the old buildings and walked around a beautiful lake.
But Yangshuo, a county (县) in Guilin, has been my favorite place so far. I could not stop taking photos of the beautiful mountains and the Lijiang River. I rode a bicycle along the Yulong River in the warm sun. I ate strawberries and drank tea from the farms in the mountains.
